Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Selkirk, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation. ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a complete modernization of 2 hydraulic elevators as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). The work is being done in a three (3) storey building located at 312 Sophia Street, Selkirk, MB. Work site location will be occupied during construction. Deadline for questions is August 29, 2024. All questions are to be submitted to the RFP Contact via email at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
