Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Relocate Campus Infrastructure & Demolish Academic Village A Building project at the State University of New York, Old Westbury. The project will include design and construction services for relocating high-voltage electric utilities, transformers, and telecommunications systems into a new utility structure, as well as the complete demolition of the Academic Village A building. The existing campus infrastructure to be relocated includes new duct banks, an emergency generator, switchgear, and transformers. Demolition will involve hazardous materials abatement and the removal of a 57,000 GSF reinforced concrete structure, including foundation walls and footings. The construction value is estimated at approximately $23,513,750.
