Separate Sealed Proposals for Prime Contractors Are Invited for the Following Construction Work: Mechanical Updates & Related Work at Flat Rock High School, 25600 Seneca Street, Flat Rock, MI 48134 Proposals are to include all work as indicated in the bounded areas called out in the contract documents for all (3) three schools listed above, including all trades (Sub-Contractors and Suppliers), as the successful Contractor will be considered a Prime Contractor, to complete all work, entering into a direct contract with the Owner. Proposal Guarantee: the Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond by an Approved Surety Company in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Proposal Submitted Payable to the Owner.
