Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Superior, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Superior is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the Final Design and Construction Administration for the Citys first water play area to be located within Wade Bowl Park located at 1228 Clough Avenue, Superior, Wisconsin. The project will include water play area systems, modifications to the existing restroom building by adding a storage building and joining roof structure, infiltration basin, accessibility improvements, site prep, plantings, infrastructure modifications and site restoration. The scope of work includes Community Engagement, Pre-Design, Final Design / Construction Documents and Construction Administration. Construction / Bid documents should be completed by January 31, 2025, with construction to be completed by October 1, 2025. August 23, 2024, at 12:00pm Deadline for Questions March 2025 City Council approves contractor for construction October 1, 2025 Construction completed The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
