The City of Superior is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the Final Design and Construction Administration for the Citys first water play area to be located within Wade Bowl Park located at 1228 Clough Avenue, Superior, Wisconsin. The project will include water play area systems, modifications to the existing restroom building by adding a storage building and joining roof structure, infiltration basin, accessibility improvements, site prep, plantings, infrastructure modifications and site restoration. The scope of work includes Community Engagement, Pre-Design, Final Design / Construction Documents and Construction Administration. Construction / Bid documents should be completed by January 31, 2025, with construction to be completed by October 1, 2025.
