Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Weston, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
. Scope of work includes removing and replacing fabric, refinish posts and support frames and complete repairs to shade systems as listed in 1.03 Description of work. Price(s) shall be listed in Table 1: Bid Tables. The CONTRACTOR offers the following for providing all labor, materials, equipment, travel, and safety requirements, and any other requirements outlined in the contract documents to perform the scope of services. REMINDER: Bids are subject to Section 1.01(D). Proposed cost to furnish and repair shade structures. Proposed cost includes preparation, shipping, and offloading at Vista Park, all in accordance with the provisions outlined in this RFIQ. The City reserves the right to: 1. Reject any or all bids if found not to be in the best interest of the City. 2. Waive any informality in a bid. Waive any deficiency or irregularity in the selection process. 3. Accept or reject any or all bids in part or in whole. 4. Award all or a portion of the services set forth in the bid as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 5. Award to one or more than one bidder, make split or multiple awards as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 6. In the event of a sole bid, reject the sole bid.
