Quotes (informal bids) shall be accepted from qualified and experienced contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, transportation, and safety measures to perform plumbing services at various locations in the City of Weston. The general scope of work includes but is not limited to clearing blockages, replacing fixtures, repairs to toilets, sinks, urinals, showers, water fountains, and general plumbing activities at facilities. All jobs shall be invoiced as defined Standard Jobs or Time and Material. The work shall be in accordance with the project documents attached herein: a) Scope of Work (Section 1.03 below) and b) Terms and Conditions of the City of Weston Purchase Order (Exhibit A), attached. Perform routine plumbing and repair work which may require repair, install, replace or maintenance services on: i. Fresh water lines ii. Toilet and related plumbing iii. Urinal and related plumbing iv. Drain, waste and vent lines v. Kitchen and bathroom sinks and related plumbing and components vi. Hot water heaters, plumbing and components vii. Showers and related plumbing and components ix. Clearing blocked wastewater service lateral.
