Site work and paving for a road / highway in Van Buren, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
THE PROJECT includes, but is not limited to the following general scope of work: Cold milling, tack coat and 26-foot wide asphalt concrete overlay (3" nominal thickness) of approximately 2,200 linear feet of River Road in Van Buren, Arkansas. Act 150 of 1965, Arkansas Statutes, states that a Contractor must be licensed by the State Licensing Board of Contractors or have an application for license on file with the Licensing Board before he may submit a bid for work when the cost thereof is Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) or more. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities in the bidding forms. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
