The University of Alabama in Huntsville requests sealed qualification documents from qualified Construction Material Testing (CMT) Consultants interested in providing all Required Testing and Inspection Services for the Raymond B. Jones Engineering Building (''Project''). The estimated total project cost is $66,000,000.00. An electronic Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Package including schedule, project description, application requirements, and submission requirements shall be made available to all interested firms. Please email the University's Program Manager, Hoar Program Management at thsmith@hpmleadership.com, requesting the RFQ package with the project name and project number included in your email. The Raymond B. Jones Engineering Building is a 77,000 square feet new construction project to meet the needs of the College of Engineering. The completed project will accommodate anticipated growth, satisfy the need for modern classroom space and teaching and research laboratories. Firms selected for final interviews will be notified no later than August 30, 2024. Interviews are expected to be held on September 12, 2024.
