Annual contract to furnish all tools, labor, single axle and tandem axle trucks, as well as other equipment necessary to provide emergency debris removal services as requested to the County of Henrico, Virginia, Department of General Services, in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions and specifications. This Invitation for Bid is being solicitated to support the County's Department of General Services and is not intended to replace or supersede similar contracts currently held by the County's Department of Public Works. The Successful Bidder is not required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond for this contract. Question Deadline 08/21/2024 Should you have any questions concerning this Invitation for Bid or bid submissions through electronically please contact Justin M. Herbaugh at her034@henrico.gov The initial contract period shall be for the period of one (1) year. Contract prices shall remain firm for the contract period. The contract may be renewed for four (4) additional one-year periods at a price not to exceed 3% above the previous year's prices unless written approval is given by the Purchasing Director. All Bidders shall use the enclosed Bid Form in submitting their bid prices. The Purchasing Division reserves the right to waive any informality in bids and to award in part or in whole or to reject any or all bids.
