The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary for the removal and disposal of the existing roofing materials down to the existing metal deck of the Hangar, and to make repairs to the decking and structural members, replace with a new EPDM roofing membrane over polyisocyanurate cover board, as indicated on the drawings and specifications. All work will be performed in accordance with the local code. Bid Bond: If the bidder's bid amount is $100,000 or greater, the bidder shall submit, with the bid package, a bid bond from a surety company legally authorized to do business in Virginia in the amount of five percent (5%) of such Bid with the understanding that it shall guarantee that the bid prices remain valid during the period of Ninety (90) days following the opening of the bids. Performance Bond: If the bidder's bid amount is $100,000 or greater, the bidder shall submit, with the bid package, evidence that it can obtain a Performance Bond from a surety company legally authorized to do business in Virginia in an amount equal to the contract sum. Upon notification of award, the successful bidder shall be required to submit the executed surety bond. Labor and Material Payment Bond: If the bidder's bid amount is $100,000 or greater, the bidder shall submit, with the bid package, evidence that it can obtain a Labor and Material Payment Bond from a surety company legally authorized to do business in Virginia in an amount equal to the contract sum. Upon notification of award, the successful bidder shall be required to submit the executed surety bond. A copy of the Contractor's current Henrico County Business License shall be submitted by the successful bidder upon receipt of the Notice of Intent to Award from the Capital Region Airport Commission Procurement Office. b.
