Canyons School District (CSD) is seeking a statements of qualifications and performance data from general contractors interested in bidding the project located at Corner Canyon High School. It is the intent of the District to pre-qualify these contractors for this private bid opportunity. CSD will be evaluating this SOQ based off of these score schedules. 1. Qualification Standards -- This information is required to determine the ability to preform the entirety of this project. Score values are included. Demonstrated Relevant Project History -- Information regarding Pre-Manufactured Metal Buildings, Sports Field Installation, Storm Tech Systems is preferred. Or indicate your ability to manage a project of this complexity -- 30 points Team assigned to the project. -- 15 points Demonstrate your ability to meet a proposed schedule. CSD projected project completion is August 2025 -- 5 points 2. Suppliers must meet a 38 point minimum. This will allow you bid on the construction phase of this project. 3. Pricing -- CSD will then hard bid this project with those pre-qualified. The Board of Education will then award the contract for this project. Eligibility Requirements: The proposing Supplier must be properly licensed to do business in the State of Utah. 5 years of General Construction experience Statements will be used and evaluated to create a list of pre-qualified general contractors. This list will be utilized when the procurement of general contractor services are required for this project.
