Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,711-square-foot, five-story above grade, 20-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The purpose of this RFPQ is to pre-qualify experienced Construction Management companies for the construction of a new Complex Care Housing building to be located in Vancouver Island, BC to meet the need of individuals who have experienced or at risk of homelessness or have needs which are not currently met by existing supportive housing. The scope of work consists of consultation and construction of a proposed 4-5 story wood-frame 20 units standalone Complex Care housing building on a 714 m2 parcel of land owned by the Provincial Rental Housing Corporation (PRHC).
