Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The work includes demolition of the existing HVAC system conditioning Building 206 DLA office area located within grid A-B/25-30 which is approximately 4,300 sqft. Scope includes but is not limited to demolition of (1) existing roof mounted unit with DX cooling, propane heating, (13) interior AHU split system units and associated five (5) exterior ground mounted condensing units. Demolition also includes all condensate and refrigerant piping. Provide the office area with an entirely new fan powered VAV box with electric tempering coils and RTU HVAC system (except exhaust fans) with the implementation of new electronic controls with graphic displays on a new BMS workstation located in Server Room 104. The selected system approach, shall be able to reuse the majority of the existing air distribution system. Include new power feeds to all new HVAC equipment. Replace breakers and wiring as required. Include new panel boards and associated branch circuits as required to accommodate the increased quantity of HVAC units.
