The County of Avery is seeking proposals from Companies ("vendors") with experience in heating units. The selected vendor will work with the county to replace the old Addison heating unit with an Aaon or compatible unit. The scope of work will include but is not limited to: o Demolition and Disposal of existing unit o Installation of new unit and adapter curbing o Gas and Electrical connections as required o Connect new unit to existing Metasys Network o Make sure new unit works with existing fire alarm and smoke vac system o Supply crane to set new unit Avery County reserves the right to refuse any and all proposals.
