Reference Number 0000361055 This project consists of the installation of two (2) new precast PRV vault assemblies of specified type Jett Pump and Valve (24B-10987) as per attachments 1 and 2 for the City of Lincoln Park, LP02 on Fort Street south of Outer Dr., and LP03 on West Outer Drive west of Fort Street as indicated on the drawings. The anticipated start date, weather permitting for the 2024 season is October 2024, and fully completed by February 17, 2025. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal, completed itemized bid sheet, completed and signed exhibit 'A' proposal, completed good faith efforts worksheet and a signed debarment certificate. *The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the bid opening date.
