Reference Number 0000361775 The City of Lincoln Park is accepting sealed bids for Contractors to remove and replace interior and exterior light fixtures at the Kennedy Memorial Building & Senior Center on a project funded by Community Development Block Grant funds and the city's Capital Improvement Project funds and subject to the Wayne County Code of Ordinances. The scope of work will include removal and disposal of all old fixtures and installation of new L.E.D. fixtures and controls. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal if the proposal is equal to or greater than $5,000.00. *The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in the best interest of the City or Department; and further, to accept a bid higher than the low bid, when deemed by the City Council to be in the best interest of the City.
