Renovation of a museum in Lincoln Park, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Reference Number 0000365032 The City of Lincoln Park is accepting sealed bids from Contractors. The proposed project consists of, but not limited to, reset limestone, replace broken concrete steps, replace broken handrails, tuck point joints, and remove and replace basement windows with glass blocks. For the complete list of all renovations see the specification list. The anticipated start date is November 1, 2024, with completion within four (4) weeks. All necessary permits should be pulled at the building department with the fee being waived as it is a city-owned building. A mandatory site inspection is required before bidding attach form to bid. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opening. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Question Deadline 10/11/2024 All questions relating to the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the OWNER in writing.
