Reference Number 0000367974 The City of Lincoln Park is accepting sealed bids from Contractors. The proposed project consists of the removal and replacement of six hundred (600) full lead water service line from the existing water main to a new curb Stop (City Side) and into a minimum of eighteen (18) inch inside the building being served by each water service, In addition, the final connection of the new water service to the city owned water meter is located within the building. These lead water services are located at various locations and a list of addresses is included in the attachments of the bid documents. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is December 02, 2024, and fully completed by December 31, 2025. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. *The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened.
