Reference Number 0000361781 The City of Lincoln Park is accepting sealed bids from Contractors. The proposed project consists of removing existing pavement and replacing it with eight (8) inch concrete pavements for Hanford, Keppen, Russell, Euclid, O'Connor, Warwick, Arlington Avenues from Fort Park East R.O.W to Fort Street West R.O.W estimated total quantity of 9,000 SYD, 15,500 square feet 4-inch concrete sidewalk, 880 square yard 6-inch concrete driveway approach and 1000 square feet of 7-inch ADA ramps. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is on or before October 14, 2024, and substantially completed by June 30, 2025 with final completion by July 31, 2025. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids.
