Project Consists of but is not limited to: • Resurfacing Forest Park Drive between W. Northern Lights Boulevard and Hillcrest Drive. • Partial replacement of associated sidewalk, curb and gutter, signing, striping, and ADA curb ramps. • Installation of Neighborhood Greenway enhancements including additional signage, traffic markings, and speed humps. • Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other facilities necessary to successfully complete the Work set forth in the Drawings and Specifications. This Project shall be Substantially Completed within sixty (60) calendar days after the Notice-to-Proceed is issued or prior to August 9, 2025, whichever occurs first. The Contract Completion date shall be within fifteen (15) calendar days after the Substantial Completion letter is issued. The total contract days for this Project is seventy-five (75). *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
