The Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) is soliciting proposals from interested offerors for the following: ARRC intends to award one or more contract(s) for professional services to provide as-needed Railroad Track Engineering as it relates to design and construction support services for projects throughout the Alaska Railbelt. Track Engineering Services may include design of roadbed, right-of-way, track geometry, grades, track structures, turnouts, crossings, engineering documents as it relates to Alaska Railroad (ARRC) and AREMA Standards. Email: HopeM@akrr.com Offerors shall promptly notify ARRC of any ambiguity, inconsistency, conflict, or error which they may discover upon examination of the solicitation documents. Verbal inquiries regarding this RFQ are not permitted. All inquiries must be made in writing and received at ARRC's offices 10 days prior to submission deadline. Written inquiries must be submitted to Michele Hope hopem@akrr.com. Contract Period The contract shall be effective from contract execution for two years, with three one-year renewal options. The method of contractor to be determined at this time.
