Snowden Server Room Renovation A Limited Notice to Proceed may be issued as determined by the Project Manager after Award and receipt of required documentation in order to procure long lead materials. Question Deadline 04/30/2025 All questions shall be directed to the Facilities Project Manager: Eddie Hebert at (907) 264-8242 or via email at ehebert@akcourts.gov. On-site Work required to commence no later than 6/13/2025. Substantial Completion required within 6 months of commencement of Work-on site - 12/30/2025. The project consists of interior scope and exterior scope. Interior scope includes removing and relocating doors, removing a wall, installing cooling units, adding a prefabricated stair for raised floor access, removing ceiling, and updating finishes and materials to optimize functionality and meet operational demands. Exterior scope includes adding two roof dry cooler units. Demolish existing building mechanical, electrical and architectural systems to the extent shown and specified. Provide new mechanical, electrical systems to the extent shown and specified. Provide architectural modifications and additions as shown and specified to compliment the mechanical and electrical upgrades
