COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. ***** REQUIREMENT***** USCG AIRSTATION SITKA U.S. COAST GUARD AIRSTATION SITKA HANGAR DOOR INSPECTION IAW THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE ALL SUPERVISION, LABOR, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS, AND TRANSPORTATION FOR: 1. Troubleshoot & Inspect 04 hangar doors. 2. Inspect electrical system (control panel, limit switch function, control station, safety devices, etc.).. 3. Inspect drive equipment, cables, sheaves, lifting shaft, side guide rollers, counterweight, overall structural condition, etc. 4. Provide general preventative maintenance (lube, tighten, adjust) to include repairs that can be reasonably performed during inspection. 5. Written inspection report provided upon completion. 6.
