DeKalb Park District - Additions and Alterations to Hopkins Park Pool Facility - Bid Release 01 Lump sum bids for Bid Release 01 will be received until the scheduled time, publicly opened and read aloud for the following Trade Packages: - Trade Package 02A Site & Selective Demolition - Trade Package 22A Site & Building Plumbing and HVAC - Trade Package 26A Electrical Question Deadline 09/05/2024 Questions should be addressed in writing via email to IHC Construction Companies, LLC; Attn: Jim Leppert jleppert@ihcconstruction.com and Tracy Templin ttemplin@ihcconstruction.com. . Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the DeKalb Park District. Successful bidders are required to provide a Performance and Payment (P&P) Bond for 100% of the awarded sum. The DeKalb Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make an award that in the Board's opinion is in the best interest of the DeKalb Park District.
