Site work and paving for a road / highway in Claxton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Evans County Board of Commissioners is accepting BIDS for the following improvements to approximately .1-mile section of Mt Pleasant Rd (CR 107). Prep and fine grade existing GABC Place 2" Binder of Asphalt tying into existing pavement Striping This project must be completed in accordance with Georgia DOT requirements and specifications. The contractor shall be responsible for all traffic control and the posting of all safety and construction signs as required by the Georgia DOT. The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, services, asphalt, paint and other materials needed to complete the project. Evans County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept in whole or in part any such bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of Evans County. The date for completion will be forty-five (45) days after the notice to proceed is given.
