Quotes for the demolition of the building located at 4 North College Street, Claxton, GA 30417 ECCSS is seeking quotes for the complete demolition of the building at 4 North College Street, Claxton, GA 30417(diagram provided below). The scope of work includes: Scope of Work: o Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining and fees to building demolition and debris disposal. o Complete demolition of the structure and any ancillary facilities on the site. Removal and proper disposal of all debris, including hazardous materials, if present. Grading and leveling of the site post-demolition to ensure it is free of hazards and prepared for potential future use. Erosion control measures as required by local regulations. Proposers are encouraged to provide a detailed breakdown of labor, equipment, materials, disposal, and additional costs as applicable. All technical questions regarding this RFQ should be directed in writing, preferably by email, to Dr. Jordan. Questions must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2024. Questions submitted after that date and time will not be answered. If applicable, answers citing the question asked, but not identifying the questioner, will be distributed to all known prospective vendors. Failure to submit requests in writing by the specified time shall not be grounds for a protest.
