Airfield Perimeter and Security Fencing - Supply and install approximately 15,700lf of 6' chain-link fencing and appurtenances. A Bidder's bond must be executed on the form furnished by the Sponsor, and the required bond, cash, cashier's check, or certified check must accompany each proposal, in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the proposal. A 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond will be required of the Contractor at time of contract execution. All work under the contract shall be completed within SIXTY (60) Calendar Days from the issuance of the notice to proceed Question Deadline 02/21/2025 Liquidated Damages: Liquidated damages for delays in completion will be Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) per calendar day. Payment will be made monthly on completed work. Retainage will be held by the Sponsor to a maximum of ten percent (10%) of each progress payment. Bids will be required to remain open for acceptance or rejection for one-hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after the date of opening of bids.
