Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Davis, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

WORK: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services for demolition of existing structures and their contents within them, foundations, and associated components in their entirety. The work will include but not limited to, the removal of existing structures, trees, shrubs and vegetation, debris, above and below grade utilities, and structures, disconnecting and capping of wet and dry utilities. The project will also require the finish grading of site to create positive drainage to existing storm inlets. The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor s license at the time of submission of the Bid: C21 Building Moving/Demolition. Contract Time: 120 days. Sit visit : Only bidders who participate in both the Conference and the Job Walk in their entirety will be allowed to bid on the Project as prime contractors.
