Remodeling of an educational facility in Davis, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

Multi-phased department remodel to replace the three existing scanners with the latest General Electric model camera. Renovation of the space includes remodel of the existing PET/CT 1878, NUC MED 1875K, 1865J and 1865I spaces on the first floor of the Davis Tower along with control room space for each suite. The project also includes a new uptake room, housekeeping closet and infusion treatment space with 4 patient bays, a patient toilet, consult room, a prep area along with improvements to department circulation. The updated space will be served by the existing Radiology Waiting 1729. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, non-bearing partitions, lead shielding, finishes, casework, furniture systems, equipment anchorage, floor slab cutting and patching and modification to mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. The successful bidder will be required to have the following California contractor's license at the time of the bid opening: "B" - General Building. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Lump Sum Base Proposal, excluding alternates, shall accompany each bid. The surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the bid deadline, an admitted surety insurer (as defined in the California Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120)
