Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to CAL FIRE for Commercial Refrigeration, and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance and Repair for Lewis A. Written Question Submittal November 07, 2024 1:00 p.m. if you have questions, or should you need any clarifying information, the contact person for this IFB is: Tim Bolton California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection Phone (916) 894-9819 Email timothy.bolton@fire.ca.gov Contractor shall be licensed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and shall posses a C-20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Contractor and a C-38 - Refrigeration Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) and provide proof of such as required in Required Attachment Checklist Attachment 1. Prior to commencement of work under a Service Request, Contractor shall submit a Payment Bond for 100 percent (100%) of the total Service Request price, if the Service Request price exceeds $25,000.00. The City of Reno reserves the right to accept or reject any and all exceptions offered, based solely on the value of said exceptions to the City of Reno.
