General Description of the Work: UC Davis Health is seeking to hire contractors of several trades for a variety of renovation and repair work in patient and non-patient areas, which will be delivered by Job Order Contracting (JOC). Scopes of work for each trade will be described on the Announcement to Prequalified Bidders and Bid Documents once they are made available in February 2022. Cost for each job order may range from $5,000 to $1,000,000. The total number of projects for each Job Order Contract will not exceed $5,000,000 per Option Year (the JOC contract may be renewed twice for a maximum of 3 years and $15,000,000). Completed Prequalification Questionnaires must be submitted electronically (in pdf file) no later than 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2024 Questions may be addressed via email to Leila Couceiro, Contracts Manager at iccouceiro@ucdavis.edu. The University reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this notice, to waive non-material irregularities, and to deem prospective bidders prequalified to submit bids for the project. All information submitted for prequalification evaluation will be considered official information acquired in confidence, and the University will maintain its confidentiality to the extent permitted by law.
