Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
SHF International LLC is requesting subcontractor pre-qualification forms from subcontractors and suppliers for the above project including but not limited to Minority Business Enterprise, Women Business Enterprise, Veteran Business Enterprise, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firms. SHF International LLC has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the above project. The project is a ground up masonry building for the parks maintenance team. The request and invitation to bid for this project is anticipated to be published January 20th, 2025. The scope of work associated with the construction of this building include, but are not limited to: HVAC, electrical, flooring, framing, plumbing, structural steel, bathroom accessories, earthwork, utilities etc. Trades include: Concrete, reinforcing steel, masonry, structural and misc. steel, millwork, roofing, caulking, doors, frames and door hardware, glazing, insulation, metal studs, drywall, paint, polished concrete, carpet, LVT, tile, acoustical tile ceiling, signs, toilet accessories, wall protection, plumbing, mechanical systems, electrical, low voltage, etc. The stie is within the existing Montagna Park.
