Project description: Partial demolition of existing clubhouse building including reconfiguration of locker rooms, fitness room, infill of staircase to create lifeguard breakroom. MEP updates, interior & exterior finishes, concrete, lighting, casework, lockers, repair of existing glazing & skylights, windows, doors, hardware, repair of joist and substrates at balcony area adjacent to the pool, awnings, replaster of the pool, roofing, replacement of movable partitions, plumbing fixtures. As of March 27th, 2025, this project is on an indefinite hold.
