This project involves the construction of park facilities designed for individuals with special needs and includes a parking lot, water, sewer, and storm drain facilities, restrooms, and landscaping. The project is located south of Russell Road between Stephanie Place and Stephanie Street in the City of Henderson, Nevada. Engineers Estimate: $11,260,000.00 Question Cut Off Date 7/14/2025 12:00:00 PM (PT) Light fixtures, poles, precast concrete foundations, and associated hardware and accessories will be provided by City for all Sports Fields. Contractor scope of work is for installation and startup for a complete operational system; See Also Section 950A. A. The contract work to be performed under this section consists of furnishing all required labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts and supplies necessary for, or appurtenant to, the booster pumping system in accordance with these specifications and the manufacturer's recommendations. B. It is the intention of this specification to describe a self-enclosed automatic pump station for a turf irrigation system. This shall be accomplished by using a completely prefabricated pump station conforming to the following specifications. Supply shall be city water. The booster pump must be anchored to concrete pad as detailed in the construction drawings. C. Equipment and manufacturer listed on the plans is intended to represent specific performance characteristics and operational parameters based on irrigation design and City's standards. Alternative equipment submitted by contractor will require written approval by City prior to bidding. If alternative equipment or manufacturer is submitted and approved, the contractor takes full responsibility for confirming system performance and operational parameters match those of specified equipment. D. Furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and transportation, and perform all operations in connection with and reasonably incidental to the complete installation of the booster pump, and guarantee/warranty as shown on the drawings, the installation details, and as specified herein. Items of work specifically included are: 1. Procurement of all applicable licenses, permits, and fees as required by local utilities. 2. Connection of electrical power supply to the booster pump. 3. Installation of booster pump including water connections. 4. Maintenance period. The contract work to be performed under this section consists of furnishing all required labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts, and supplies necessary for, or appurtenant to the construction of a post-tensioned (PT) concrete slab. Refer to plans for required thickness. 1. Furnish labor, material and equipment necessary for the furnishing and installation of manufactured fence panels, including posts, concrete footings, anchors, brackets, fittings, and all hardware to be supplied by the manufacturer for complete installation by the contractor. Finishes provided by manufacturer. 2. All work shall be completed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and in a manner satisfactory to the City Construction Manager. The work under this Section shall consist of furnishing all labor and materials to install the flagpole and flag in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, including footings.
