The Town of Ruby is seeking bids for a 60x60x16 building, to be built on a concrete slab. The slab will be heated. We are looking for just the framing it up, with the doors and steel put on, with no inside fi nishes and no electrical. Roof: 4' o/c trusses, pitch: 4/12 Walls: 2x6 ladder style Siding: 29-gauge steel Roofi ng type: 26-gauge painted steel Overhangs: 12" boxed on 1 eave and 2 gables, with soffi t and fascia House Wrap on the sides 2 - 14'x14' White insulated steel backed R-18 overhead doors, with trolley opener greater than 16'x10' 1 - 16'x14' White insulated steel backed R-18 overhead door with trolley opener greater than 16'x10' 2 - 3'x6' 8" Steel Flush Entry Doors. It will be located at the town hall, 33150 280th Ave., Sheldon, WI 54766. The Town of Ruby reserves the right to accept or reject any, or all, bids.
