Stormwater Filter Replacement and Maintenance The City of Oxnard is requesting bids to secure a qualified contactor to provide Stormwater Filter Replacement and Maintenance for the Public Works Special Districts Division. The Special Districts Division is seeking service, inspection and cleaning stormwater vaults and filter cartridges located within CFD 2 - Westport, CFD 4 - Seabridge, and CFD 5 - Riverpark communities. The successful Contractor will be expected to be a Contech Certified Maintenance Provider and will be required to maintain certification throughout the duration of the Agreement. Contractor will be required to hold an ArcGIS Online account with at least one license type which is compatible with field editing data ("Creator" type or "Field Worker" type). The City of Oxnard, incorporated as a general law city in 1903, is located about sixty miles west of the Los Angeles Civic Center and about ten miles southeast of the City of Ventura. It is situated near the mouth of the Santa Clara River on a gently sloping alluvial fan commonly known as the Oxnard Plain. Elevations in the City range from mean sea level to about 100 feet above mean sea level. Today, the City of Oxnard has a population of more than 210,000 residents and its corporate limits cover an area of about 32 square miles. After the first year, and each year thereafter, the City shall have the option to extend the term pursuant to the Agreement, upon mutually acceptable services, cost adjustments, and the City requirements.
