CCTV/Sonar inspection services to approximately 8,000 LF +- of the 63" diameter sanitary sewer interceptor line. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a Bid Bond of an approved surety, a cashiers check, a certified check, or bank letter of credit payable to the Authority in the amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the total bid. Federal, State, and Local Municipal regulations applicable to this type of service shall apply. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals; to accept any bid, to waive any informality or technicality on bids received; to omit any item or items deemed advisable for the best interest of the Authority; or to withhold and/or to abandon the final award of the contract. Bids may be held by the Authority for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualification of the bidders, prior to awarding the contract. No exceptions to the bid shall be permitted. No oral interpretation will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the Specifications and Drawings. Every inquiry shall be made through the "Ask a Question" feature in PennBid. Penn Bid Inquiries ("ASK a QUESTION") must be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. on Friday September 9, 2024. Addenda, if any, will be issued via PennBid to all contractors on record as having obtained the contract documents, but it shall be the bidder's responsibility to make inquiry as to addenda issued. All such addenda shall become a part ofthe contract and all bidders shall be bound by such addenda, whether or not actually received by the bidders.
