The project includes but is not limited to: Remove existing hollow metal frame and doors. Install new hollow metal frame and doors as 1:1 replacement; see details 1-A3, 2-A3, and 3-A3. Provide new exit device and blank exterior for emergency exiting only. Repair concrete landing as required. Refer to plans and specifications for a complete scope of work. It is the intention of the Owner that the construction of this project will start no later than seven (7) working days following award of Contract or Letter of Intent to award contract. Your offer is required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability and forfeiture of your entire bid security for a period of 30 days after submission. B. Upon acceptance by the College, an executed copy of the contract will be returned to the Contractor as their official notice of award. The Contract, however, shall not be in force until the Contractor has complied with all of the requirements of insurance and bonds. A. Before the start of construction, a pre-construction meeting shall be held. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to arrange said meeting as soon as notification of award has been made by the College, Coordinate location of the meeting with the LMC Project Manager.
