The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 16,500 LF of roadway crack filling and 48,490 SY of sealcoat, and 11 Infrared manhole repairs at Blarney Court, Shamrock Circle, Dublin Way, Clover Court, Finigan's Ridge Lane, Serenity Ridge Court, Kylea Court, Olive Garden Way, Raspberry Lane, Clematis Way, Rose Petal Court, Rose Garden Way, and Rock Garden Court in the Town of Freedom, WI. The anticipated substantial completion date is October 25, 2024 and final completion date is November 8, 2024. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by local wage rates.
