Site work and paving for a road / highway in Freedom, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Furnishing of all materials for the crack sealing of various streets within the Town. Significant components of work include: Crack Sealing of Various Asphalt Streets Proposals shall be prepared and submitted on the forms provided in the bid documents. No bid will be received unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% but not more than 10% of the bid payable to "Town of Freedom" as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Bond and Certificate of Insurance within fifteen days after the award of the Contract. If the successful Bidder so files the Contract, Bond and Certificate of Insurance, the Owner shall return the check upon execution of the Contract. If the Bidder fails to file the Contract, Bond and Certificate of Insurance, the amount of the check shall be forfeited to Town of Freedom as liquidated damages. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids, without the consent of the Town of Freedom, for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for closing of the bids. The Town of Freedom reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. Questions may be directed to Steve Brueggeman at the Town of Freedom.
