This project will consist of, but not be limited to, labor and material to Construction of a 42x40 pre-engineered building and site improvements as indicated on the drawings by Civil engineering Associates. Bids requiring bid bonds must submit scanned bid bond with bid proposal. Contractor awarded the project is required to submit the original bid bond to the Project Manager as soon as they have been notified of the awarded project. Bids must also include a completed Certificate of Compliance, Certificate regarding use of contract funds for lobbying, and Debarment and Non-Collusion Certification. The project will be at Ethan Allen Firing Range 77 Range Road Underhill, VT. Question Deadline 09/10/2024 Questions may be submitted until at EOD. Questions should be submitted by email to the project manager and cc the architect. A criminal background check is required for all personnel if not presently on file with the BCE and current within one year. Upon award, all employees expected to work on this project must submit Base Access Registration/Record Check Form, provided by Project Manager for VTANG Security Staff to run required background check. Form shall be submitted in PDF format by email to Project Manager. For contractors that require access to a VTARNG facility or installation: Contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) (Army Directive 2014-05/AR 190-13), and applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access, and local security policies and procedures (provided by a government representative).
