DEMOLITION Residence Structure Patricia Rogers A Living Trust Agreement Re: Residence 4841 Limestone Drive Port Richey FL 34668 31-25-16-0060-00E00-0490 Legal Description: RVR GLF PT MB 4 PG 28 S 100 FT OF L49,49A.50,50A,50B BLK E OR 4415 PG 1799 The structure at the above referenced location have been determined by the City of Port Richey Building Official and in accordance with City of Port Richey Code of Ordinances to be a blighted / slum structure. This structure poses an immediate and manifest danger to life, health or safety of the general public or occupant. THE STRUCTURE(S) SHALL BE VACATED AND SHALL NOT BE OCCUPIED. The owner(s) of these structures shall demolish these structures and clear the entire site within 60 DAYS of the date the property is posted with an Order to Demolish Slum and Blight Structure as required by the Port Richey Code of Ordinances. If repairs/replacement of said structure is to be made, please contact our office IMMEDIATELY to arrange a formal inspection and set a timeline for repairs/replacement. In the alternative, if an appeal is sought, the owner(s) or any other interested party may do so by submitting a written petition within 30 DAYS of the date the property is posted with an Order to Demolish Slum and Blight as required by the Port Richey Code of Ordinances. The appeal shall be written petition to: City Manager, 6333 Ridge Rd Port Richey, FL 34668 and include a $400.00 fee. Failure to contact the City of Port Richey immediately, appeal within 30 days or demolish within 60 days of the date the property is posted with an Order to Demolish Slum and Blight Structure will cause the City of Port Richey to have this structure demolished and cleared at the owner(s) expense without further notice or hearing. Demolition clearance will include all tangible personal property on site. If payment is not made within 30 days of demolition, the City shall impose a lien upon the property for ALL costs incurred throughout the demolition process. Such lien shall be recorded in the official records of Pasco County and shall accrue interest beginning the day of recording. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
