Provide all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, supervision, transportation, licenses, permits, and fees, and other incidental items necessary, for this annual, renewable, indefinite quantity construction services project in which the City may authorize work subject to available funding. The work shall include the construction of various sewer related utility projects and various sanitary sewer pump station repairs throughout the City of Suffolk, Virginia. Refer to Pages 21-22, Special Conditions, for additional details. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any bid/proposal, waive any informality and award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder/respondent to best serve the interest of the City. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
