Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals for the supply of winter snow clearing services for various parks and operations facilities throughout the Central Okanagan. The contract term will be for 3 winter seasons (2024/5, 2025/6, and 2026/7) with the option to extend for two further seasons upon mutual agreement. Facilities are divided into 6 'Zones' as follows: Admin Zone (RDCO's KLO Rd Admin Office & Weddel Pl Dog Pound) Central Zone (facilities in Kelowna) West Zone (facilities in West Kelowna) East Zone (facilities in Black Mountain, Joe Rich, and Ellison) North Zone (facilities in Lake Country) North-West Zone (facilities along Westside Rd in Electoral Area West) Question Deadline 09/17/2024 at 11:45 PM PT Estimated Contract Duration (60 months)
