Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the "District") invites Proposals for the provision of intrusion and fire alarm monitoring and maintenance services (the "Services") for 20 alarm systems across multiple District facilities located throughout the Central Okanagan region. The Term of the proposed Contract for the Services shall be three years, commencing on December 1, 2024 and expiring on November 30, 2027. The Contract Term may be extended by up to seven further one-year periods, at the sole discretion of the District and subject to mutual agreement between the parties on pricing and terms.
