Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The BC Cancer Kelowna will relocate and expand the Systemic Therapy (chemotherapy) area in the building. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services for the project has closed. A preferred proponent has yet to be identified by the owner. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor consultant. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and code. Further update in late 2025, pending selection of a preferred proponent. *The project's construction budget will be determined during design.
