Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

The BC Cancer Kelowna will relocate and expand the Systemic Therapy (chemotherapy) area in the building. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services for the project is underway. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor consultant. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and code. Further update in early fall 2024, pending selection of a preferred proponent. *The project's construction budget will be determined during design. *Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects greater than $1M are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Acute Care Projects greater than $1M. Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authority's pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category): mechanical, electrical, structural, code. *Question Deadline: Sep 9th 2024, 11:00 PM PDT
