Site work for a mixed-use development in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to the following: Utility install – Sanitary Trunk & Storm drainage which will include culverts Intersection Upgrades, including traffic signals. Streetlight installation. Traffic management to maintain pedestrian traffic and local access. Traffic management to maintain traffic flow throughout the construction zone. An estimated 850m of road upgrades, including curb, ditches, sidewalks, boulevards, road widening, medians, and multi-use paths. Coordination with Fortis Electrical, Telus, and Rogers to relocate existing utility poles and underground services.
