Site work for a mixed-use development in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
Provide labour and materials to construct, test, and commission the following fully operational areas: New gravel parking lot on the south side of Mill Creek, approximately 610 stalls; New paved parking lot near the end of Convair Place, approximately 510 stalls; New concrete sidewalk, smoking shelter and bicycle parking / work station on the North Ring; Road in front of the Terminal Building. The Contract is generally for the following work: Stripping of topsoil, salvage at South Lot Earthworks Paving or asphalt millings surface parking lots New OWS and storm pipe outfall to Mill Creek New underground Cultec storm drainage system New chainlink security fencing and powered gate New concrete slab over existing creek crossing New concrete sidewalk, curbs Traffic signage Street lighting Electrical conduit trenching and cables Miscellaneous landscaping Storm drainage systems Paint markings Optional Work for granular materials, asphalt millings, and dewatering of subsurface water Documents can be obtained from https://kelowna.bonfirehub.ca/portal/
