Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to provide the DSH with preventative equipment maintenance and repair for nineteen (19) EV Charging Stations. Please carefully review and consider the minimum qualifications, and the detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 18, Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, in order to complete your bid. The EV Charging Stations are BTC Power 208-240VAC Single Phase Level 2 EVSE acts as a safety device to supply the electric vehicle or hybrid vehicle on-board AC/DC charger with electricity to charge its high voltage battery pack. They have a 7" LCD Panel Display, charging connector 2 (for dual configuration). Power per port 7.2kW, 9.6kW, and 16.8kW. Question Deadline 09/20/2024 at 9:00 AM PT DSH Response to Questions: September 23, 2024 2:00PM. Bidders shall notify the DSH immediately via e-mail at Sherry.Clark@dsh.ca.gov and Brandon.Chastain@dsh.ca.gov if they need clarification about the services being sought or have questions about the IFB instructions or requirements. The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be October 15, 2024, through October 14, 2026.
