Renovation of a residential development in Spencer, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Housing Authority, City of Spencer, is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed architectural/engineering firms for services to assist it in general modernization work to its property, Capital Fund improvement projects and physical needs assessment as needed. Funds may come from HUD CFP grant or other sources. Full A & E services are anticipated. This is intended to be an indefinite quantity contract for physical improvements for a two-year period with the option to extend the contract with renewals up to five years from the initial contract. Fee negotiations will be accomplished at appropriate times during the contract period. The selected firm should have experience in the requirements for completing projects in a public housing environment.
